I would rate this as simply outstanding but it is definitely a restaurant with rooms - but what rooms!||Staff.|Incredibly helpful and understanding, we had driven from Switzerland on a Saturday and arrived too early, but Veronica was sweetness itself and guided usvinto their underground garage and them helped with our luggage. As I have MS thiscwas incredibly helpful and saved my wife two trips.||Accessible|There is a lift from the underground car park to the ground floor and we were in a room just by the lift. The suite, is incredible, spacious, fully accessible with the restaurant just about opposite. ||Shower Room|The shower room has a truly level shower with no step at all. Rails are fitted along with an emergency call. ||The rooms are air conditioned which, with the temperature outside at 31 degrees shade temperature in mid June is a nessesity for me. The suite has its own private patio with table & chairs and two sun loungers. ||Bedroom|Our first double bed on this tour. France x 2, Germany & Switzerland all had single beds. It has two large wardrobes, large mirror and chair. The bedroom also has a large flat screen TV. External, motor powered blinds drop to keep the room dark at night.||Lounge has mini bar, table with chair and upholstered benches and large flat screen TV with large double doors opening onto a level patio with not step.||The finish and quality must rate as one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The pictures on the wall are all originals and the fittings of the highest possible quality. ||Dinner|Outstanding, really was an incredible experience. But don't expect to eat at 7:30! I think we ate at 8:30 (early) & people were still arriving at 10:00pm!||Any bad points?|Only one really, there is a car park opposite but they suggested our car would be safer in their underground car park and easier for me, which was very considerate, but on checking out, €10 was added to the bill for parking.||It states it is in a rural location, it's not and slight concern over all the locked gates, doors etc. If you are visiting Ferrari I would stay here, its just minutes away, but in a league...

Partecipato ad una cena in occasione di un evento speciale ma il menù si è rivelato quasi scadente: maialino al latte duro e con parti molto grasse, primi piatti con ingredienti improbabili (pomodori paccherini), tris di dolci con porzioni microscopiche. Di sicuro non è il miglior ristorante della zona come recita il claim presso l'hotel Maranello Palace...

Aggiorno la recensione, dopo la risposta del locale. I pomodorini paccherini non esistono. Esiste il Pomodoro di Pachino ( che è un IGP), molto saporito come dite voi, ma si chiama appunto "di Pachino". I paccherini non esistono, o forse sono i paccheri (tipo di pasta di semola) più piccoli rispetto al normale. Ed in effetti qualche ditta commerciale produce pasta che chiama "paccherini", perchè più piccoli rispetto ai paccheri standard. Per cui nel menù quando nominate i pomodori paccherini non ci fate una grande figura. Per curiosità, avete mai provato a chiedere i pomodori paccherini in un negozio di ortofrutta? Per le difficoltà relativa all'organizzazione di una cena per 160 persone posso anche capire qualche svarione nel servizio, che comunque si è rivelato all'altezza ( e che non ho criticato per'altro), ma i dubbi sul cibo mi rimangono tutti. La pasta comunque era buona, ho criticato solo il titolo della ricetta, non avendo senso. Per il maialino se vuole posso dire che era un po' troppo compatto, se non gradisce il termine duro. Ma sull'esterno in certe fette c'era molto grasso. Preciso che io so leggere, non ho mai inteso ordinare alla carta perchè sapevo benissimo che il menù era ovviamente fisso, e soprattutto non vi ho offeso come invece fatte voi nei miei riguardi, come traspare dalla vostra risposta. E comunque ho dato due stelle come valutazione, non una come meriterebbe la vostra replica.

Secondo aggiornamento della recensione, dopo la seconda replica del gestore: Le faccio notare che io ho lasciato quello che ho scritto in origine, e la mia recensione originale è bene in mostra all'inizio di questa che sta diventando una telenovela, evidentemente perchè non accetta di riconoscere di essersi sbagliato nel nome degli ingredienti del piatto: i pomodori paccherini non esistono e il pomodoro di Pachino, con una "c" sola (non come scrive lei) non ha sinonimi. Il termine paccherino non esiste, è solo un termine commerciale per indicare i paccheri più piccoli rispetto al normale. Quindi dimostra di non aver capito la recensione originaria in cui criticavo il nome dato agli ingredienti, e nella mia replica le ho anche detto che comunque erano buoni. E la sua dissertazione sul gusto dei paccherini faceva francamente sorridere, tant'è che l'ha poi cancellata. Assieme alle offese, fortunatamente. Per quanto riguarda la mia cultura, sono molti anni che vado ad acculturarmi proprio dalle parti di Pachino (punta estrema della Sicilia a sud-est, nel caso non sapesse dov'è), per cui conosco molto bene il prodotto e la citazione dell'ingrediente nella sua ricetta ha fatto sorridere anche le persone che mi stavano accanto a tavola. Vedo poi che, non credo a caso, non ha menzionato la critica alla porzione di dolce, evidentemente era vera, mentre le assicuro che ho mangiato il maialino al latte (o prosciutto di maialino al latte come recita la sua ricetta) molte altre volte, sicuramente più tenero e con meno grasso. O forse quella sera mi è toccata una fetta sfortunata, chissà. Insomma, invece di accettare una sana critica, scritta con toni pacati, e magari prenderla come spunto per migliorarsi, ha preferito darmi dell'ignorante e incompetente. Preciso che ho dato due stelle alla recensione fin dall'inizio, non ho mai modificata la valutazione, anche se con le sue repliche lo meriterebbe. Comunque chi ci legge trarrà le sue conclusioni.
