Pizzeria Tirreno 313 — Restaurant in Unione dei comuni della Versilia

This was another bad service experience in Italy. We arrived, got only one menu for the two of us and no one came to serve us we had to track someone down after 20 minutes. Considering we waited for over an hour for a table this was shocking. We then got told just before our food arrived that they didn’t have baked potatoes so we settled for French Fries. The waitress brought us a half empty and very stale plate of French fries. We asked for a full and fresh batch and while she was away a different waiter brought us the baked potatoes of which there were 5 or 6 pieces so basically a half empty plate. At the same time the original waitress came back with a full plate of French fries and got very angry at the waiter for giving us the baked potatoes. As the baked potatoes were for a large table we decided to go with the French fries to be nice only to realize that she brought us the original stale fries with a top up of fresh fries and would not give us a fresh batch. Then no one came after this point to check on us or our food. The rest of the food was very average for the massive price they charged. We ordered. Mixed meat plate which was beyond average. The chicken looked off, the stake was tasteless and the rest of the meat was ok. I would not recommend this place at all. The food is not worth the money you pay for it and the service...

Best in Town! The food was excellent and did not disappoint. We are from the United Kingdom and the meat was outstanding flamed grilled on wooden log's, they will cook the steak and served as requested, rare, medium rare, medium, or well done, just ask! Good price excellent quality, friendly staff. I would suggest you reserve a table because it is very busy because of its excellence. I highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely be going again next year and will be the first restaurant I will visit. This restaurant made our holiday...

Prima parte: prima volta dopo anni che ci passiamo davanti ogni giorno per andare e tornare dal mare. Su suggerimento di un'amica abbiamo prenotato. Devo dire che la pizza è buona e il calzone gigantesco. Spettacolare la griglia a vista in giardino, il pover'uomo che ci stava davanti, con la mascherina davanti al viso, ormai di ordinanza visto il periodo covid, sicuramente andrà in paradiso, perché passare le serate lì davanti, in un periodo dell'estate caldo come questo vuol dire essere al servizio di Belzebù in persona. La ciccia non l'abbiamo scelta ma la proveremo la prossima volta. Consigliato!!!!

Seconda parte: ci torniamo dopo l'ultimo corso del carnevale di Viareggio, siamo in 3, il locale è pieno ma per fortuna avevamo telefonato poco prima. Il servizio è davvero veloce, le pizze sono buone farcite in modo ricco ma lo sapevamo già (vedi foto di pizza e calzone), io opto per un panino alla moda americana, mai decisione fu più azzeccata. Buonissimo e con 1€ in più un bel piatto di patatine fritte. Se proprio vogliamo trovare un piccolo difetto lo troviamo nel bacon, è molto spesso e andava forse fatto abbrustolire un paio di minuti in più. La seconda volta conferma comunque che il locale è affidabile ed i prezzi sono da vero onesti. 2 pizze, un hamburger, 3 birre medie, una coca, una bottiglia di acqua, 2 dolci e un corretto a 30euri....
