Bar Pasticceria Centro Storico — Restaurant in Unione dei Comuni Valdichiana Senese

TLDR- Useless customer service and nausea inducing food. I can't speak on the pastries, but the food from the dinner menu was DISGUSTING. My bf and I had a great view at the balcony, but the experience was severely marred by the food. First, we had the vegetable soup, which the cook apparently doused in salt (plus the veggies were soggy and overcooked). I politely told the waitress about this and asked for little to no salt to be added to our next dishes. Next dishes (veggie pizza and roast beef with veggies) arrive. Pizza is surprisingly salty and veggies for the roast beef, too - not to mention the appalling quality of the food in general. I mention the saltiness to the waitress who talks to the cook and then says to me sorry there is nothing she can do, and do we eat with no salt at home? No, I simply do not pour the entire salt container in the darn pot. The worst part of it all was that they did nothing to try and rectify the situation and we paid for food I wouldn't feed a dog. The kitchen closed? Ok then at least reimburse for the food we did not eat. Useless customer service. Nausea...

Waited an hour for a table... Even though they said it would be 20 minutes. When it was clear it took another 30 minutes before it was ready. Took another 20 minutes for someone to take our order(drinks arrived a lot later) by then they forgot the order. They gave us some complimentary snacks which were left overs that had been sitting on the bar before we got there. Eventually got are food...

D’inverno e d’estate ... Si trova una Ottima pasticceria fatta in casa, conosciutissima e curatissima, nella preparazione e nella confezione.

Un bar molto amato.💕

La cortesia e la gentilezza delle signore Titolari che ti accolgono con un sorriso, è il biglietto da visita più bello, per gli italiani e per gli ospiti stranieri.

Un luogo speciale d’estate e d’inverno..

Tutto pulitissimo,con tutte le regole sanitarie nazionali applicate...massima pulizia e sanificazione dopo ogni consumazione .

La stupenda Toscana, qui nel centro storico di Chianciano Terme.. in questo bar storico..ti accoglie con la sua qualità di vita.

La gentilezza e la cordialità sono un aspetto magnifico di questo bar, le signore sono fantastiche! Ci torno sempre volentieri..

Ora attentissimi alla sanificazione tavoli, tra un cliente e l’altro; liquidi per sanificate le mani a disposizione, distanza di sicurezza tra i tavoli.
