I wish I can give zero stars… From the very entrance we were welcomed by the waitress, who as soon as she found out, that we do not speak italian, appeared to be irritated by our presence. Upon being seated we were presented with only single menu without any explanation why. While taking the order, not a single word came from the irritated lady. But the crucial point is that the main course and a side dish were served in approximately 10 minutes apart. Both dishes suppose to be warm, but the main course got cold by the time the side dish was served. When this fact was pointed out, both dishes were basically microwaved and served together in just 3 minutes time (both plates were very hot and sauce was smeared around the plate). In the meantime, the irritated lady shoved bottle of olive oil again like a snake without a single word. In this all situation only one of the waiters felt sorry and try to act accordingly. We do not recommend this restaurant at all - food not worth the price and the service (apart from one) should be replaced. I was sorry I had to pay for this. Prenotiamo un tavolo per quattro alle 14.00. Poco prima di arrivare, essendo in ritardo di 15 minuti chiamiamo il ristorante ma ci viene risposto che alle 15.00 chiudono la cucina perché devono sanificare. A quel punto essendo a due minuti di strada arriviamo comunque al ristorante e ci viene detto con fermezza che la cucina chiude alle 14.30 quindi non potevamo mangiare perché troppo tardi e che lo sapevamo che dovevano sanificare ma a noi non ce lo aveva detto nessuno. Credo che 15/20 minuti di ritardo siano tollerati, a chiunque può capitare un piccolo imprevisto, certo è che, se lo sapevamo, saremmo arrivati anche prima delle 14.00 o, in seconda istanza, non avremmo prenotato affatto perché comunque non vedo perché avremmo dovuto mangiare in mezz'ora. La cosa che più ci ha infastidito è stato l'atteggiamento del proprietario che ripeteva di avercelo detto scaricando le colpe su di noi. Quando hanno capito, dopo le nostre rimostranze, di aver sbagliato loro si sono scusati ma a quel punto, dopo tutte queste discussioni abbiamo deciso di andare via. Non conoscevamo questo posto, ce l'hanno consigliato perché si mangia bene, questo nostro malgrado non abbiamo potuto scoprirlo, di certo l'organizzazione lascia molto a desiderare, non so se...

We tried to book a table via telephone twice - both times we asked whether we could talk in English. Both times we got an answer in Italian and the telephone got hung up!!

We did not even get the chance to even try to book in Italian. We have never experienced such impoliteness in a restaurant.
