Delicious food, great family atmosphere and very friendly people! Definitely order from the hand written menu. The fried artichoke is a must have (as described by chef's son as "kaboom", apt description!), and pici is the best pasta dish I have ever had. Experience the grandma cooking to perfection here. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The worst place: we waited for 45 minutes to tell our order to the waiter. The waiter is super slow and not polite. The customer service is disguising. The waitress prioritise Italians not foreigners. It’s a discrimination!!! She was taking orders from people who came after us. She was ignoring us all the time. At the end we left without even getting noticed by this old lady and without the chance to even talk to her to make an order....

We felt like home! Our car broke down and we 'had' to stay for 7 days in Chianciano Terme. We were treated like the owner's children, came 4 days in a row and enjoyed the best Pici ever!
