I'm almost afraid to tell you all how this is likely the best pizza 🍕 anywhere. I don't want to have to compete with the crowds that would result from letting the secret out. I've had great pizza at dozens of places around Napoli, Rome, and Tuscany. Perhaps it is their crust made with ancient grains. Perhaps it is the incredible salsiccia piccante (pepperoni) that is hand cut from small individual sausages. I know I love that they add a bit more cheese than you typically find, without making the thin crust soggy. I'm sure the huge wood fired oven is a big factor. It seems like a crime that this amazing pizza tends to be 7 to 9 euros each. On second thought, please ignore my review. Please stay away on Friday because I occasionally have a hard time getting for their special Panini Peka pulled pork.

Was für eine Entdeckung! Wir haben die Pizzeria Carpe Diem in der Toskana besucht und waren begeistert. Der Chef persönlich steht am Holzofen und zaubert köstliche Pizzen. Die Qualität und der Geschmack sind einfach unschlagbar. Wir waren so begeistert, dass wir gleich zweimal dort zu Abend gegessen haben. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich und das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach der besten Pizza sind, dann ist Carpe Diem definitiv die richtige Wahl. Probieren Sie es aus und lassen Sie sich von den unwiderstehlichen Pizzen verzaubern. Wir können es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen!

Eine freundliche Pizzeria mit netter Bedienung. Die Bruschetta war zwar keine Bruschetta da mit Pizzateig, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Die Pizzen waren sehr gut und die Zutaten von guter Qualität. Die Peise sind unschlagbar, wie vor 10 Jahren - Pizza um 7-8€. Wir bestellten den teuersten Rotwein Rosso di Montalchino um € 16,--. Er schmeckte hervorragend und als wir den Wein gegoogelt haben, kostete er ebenfalls 16,00 beim bestellen. Für Familien ist dieses Lokal sehr zu empfehlen, hier Essen zu gehen, echt leistbar. Der Vinsanto war jedoch nicht so gut.

Ieri sera per la prima volta sono stato a mangiare al Carpe Diem. Serata tranquilla e tavoli disponibili dopo un'estate di sempre pieno, che ti dice già che il posto vale. Sentivo in giro solo commenti sulle fantastiche pizze di Spartaco , e ieri sera sono venuto a conoscenza del perché cosi apprezzate e pubblicizzate. Costui mi dava la fantastica notizia che usa solo ed esclusivamente farine di GRANI ANTICHI macinate a pietra, a Km zero, e se solo tutti capissero la differenza (anche in termini di costo ) e di digeribilità lo preferirebbero alla maggior parte delle pizzerie locali. Vogliamo anche parlare del FORNO A LEGNA??? COMPLIMENTI SINCERI !!! Comunque sto parlando della pizza che non ho mangiato alla quale ho preferito uno dei suoi meravigliosi panini (cotti a legna con la stessa pasta della pizza ) con Hamburger di chianina, che per la prima volta ho avuto il sincero piacere di mangiare.
