When travelling around in Italy, I’m usually not fond of going to Tuscany because of the lack of decent vegan options for eating out. That was the case until finding this place!

A FULLY vegan restaurant 🤯 located in the small town of Trequanda. I’ve eaten at many vegan restaurants in different countries and this place is definitely in my top 3 👌🏽

As starters we shared the fagioli with curry sauce and baked potatoes (they’re technically side dishes) and our company had the ravioli and the mixed bruschetta. Everything was very tasty!

For the main course we had the lasagna with pumpkin, vegan sausage and mozzarella, the gnocchi and the ravioli filled with spinach and tofu covered with a tomato basil sauce 🌿

The lasagna was out of this world delicious 🤤 Full of flavour, cheesy & meaty served with fresh bread on the side which was perfect to soak up the leftover sauce. I even considered ordering a second portion to go to have as lunch on another day. It was just THAT good 😋 The ravioli with 🍅 sauce and the gnocchi were delicious as well.

For dessert we had the chocolate torta pan di Spagna 🍰 and the carrot cake. Both delicious as well, the carrot cake was gluten free which we usually tend to go but as a chocolate lover I had to try the chocolate cake. SO SO GOOD 🤤 Usually chocolate cakes covered with chocolate sauce tend to be heavy on the stomach but here they manage to make it light and airy without compromising on taste on texture.

Highly recommend a visit to this gem of a restaurant in...

We couldn't believe our luck to have this absolute jewel near where we were staying. We went for dinner two nights in a row because every bite of every dish was phenomenal. The pasta, especially the tagliatelle and gnocchi, was our favorite. The desserts were also blissful - wish I could eat the tiramisu every day. We cleaned our plates and wished for larger stomachs.

In addition to the exceptional food, the owners Giorgio and Federica are incredible people. They not only create magic in their restaurant, but also rescue animals in their community. I highly recommend this place to anyone, and I recommend calling ahead to make a reservation, if you can, as it is a petite place that was packed both...

This restaurant is amazing, truly a hidden gem. The relaxed atmosphere, the friendly service and above all the food (and wine!). Everything was truly great and we had such a lovely evening. Without a doubt, their torta al limone with chocolate ganache is the best cake I've ever eaten in my life (and trust me, I love cake and have had many lol)

To the owners: Thank you so much for the important work that you do! Not only do you offer the chance to vegans to fully experience Tuscan cuisine, you also show everybody that a cruelty-free world can taste a-ma-zing and that we do not need to compromise on flavour in order to be kind to animals....

wow! This restaurant is nothing but amazing! The menu is so intricate and the dishes are so exquisite. I had the eggplant parm, the tagliatelle, and the lemon chocolate ganache cake! The owner was so cool and nice, he sat down with us at the end of the night just to chat about our beliefs and virtues on plant based eating and health, and we met his wife! She is the master mind behind all the creative cooking! You can tell this restaurant is a true, family owned restaurant that puts passion and flavor into each masterpiece of a dish 💗. I wish we had this place back home. It was phenomenal. I would love to come back again.

By conincidence we found this purely vegan restaurant in the middle of somewhere while traveling through the Toscana. The food looked very fancy and high quality and still the portion sizes were enough to make our stomaches full. When ordering the dessert I asked if there were any nuts in there, because I am allergic to them. Even the cook came out, showed me the ingredients they were using, that was really sweet and thoughtful. At last, the Ambiente was very calming with nice lighting and "warm" walls. Can recommend for everyone, especially vegan eating people.
