I hope the owner reads this: incredible exponent of Tuscan hospitality tonight. Cocktail bar with inventive and expanded ingredients, presentation. Tonight the meal was par excellance. For vegetable forward my wife had the gazpacho finished tableside and beautifully presented. They offered a Beet wellington which we saw other tables receive. I had the hand cut steak tartare, chimmichurri which was excellent. We shared the egg raviolo carbonare. For the main the Lepare cacciatore bianco was simply outstanding. The leg bone beautifully frenched, the thigh meat deboned and pancetta wrapped to make a "porchetta" presentation. Sauce and local mushrooms on a wide plate made this dish the star. Wine list with originality. Some selected a Chianti Classico Gran Riserva aged in chestnut barrels. When the bill came, the value was even more evident, could not believe the quality we received tonight and look forward to return!...

Food was also delicious - some portions were a bit on the tiny side but others were quite good. We absolutely loved Beef Cheek (it was so tender and delicious) and the Eggplant Parmigiana (also really nice, the chickpea salad was so good).
