We came to the tiny Tuscan hilltop village of Monticchiello to have a wander around. The town’s piazzas and little alleyways are stunningly beautiful. He then brought them the drinks and cake they had ordered us still managing to act as if we were invisible to him. He then went and served another larger group so walked past us several time managing to avoid eye contact. In the end after 20 minutes we all four were fed up so simply left. I wentbin and told him the truth ahat he was extremely rude to ignore customers. If he simply acknowledged us and said hed be with us soon it may he helped. AVOID THIS PLACE awful rude service which i have never experienced in...

At this point, almost 15 minutes had already passed. That was the point at which we left the restaurant. Unfortunately I can't give a review about the food. We cannot recommend...
