Le Fofò pizzeria bistrot — Restaurant in Unione di Comuni della Romagna Forlivese

After visiting here I had to check if the reviewers saying that this is the best pizza in ForlÌ had visited any other pizzerias in this city. Well, my guess was right, they didn't. Unfortunately I have to share the same experience with some of the reviewers that the dough wasn't completely well coocked, but at some parts raw. I don't know, if it had anything to do with it that I was the second customer in the place. Also they say that they open at 18:30, but actually they came to the restaurant at 18:55, and started serving later. So if you are hungry and trust the timetables in Google, it's not the case with this restaurant. If they really open at 19, why not put it also in Google? The service was somewhat "tired". I don't know if it was because I am a foreigner or male or what, but they didn't want to service me with the level they seemed to service local people. Lovely Place, amazing food, We were weary and famished, having just landed from Mumbai India , just went in this place and to my surprise it was more than what I had expected. Being a vegetarian, who does not even eat eggs, I was quite conspicuously petrubed about the food, so nervously I asked for something vegetarian, no eggs, no meat, no fish. Sono stato a Le Fofò per una cena tra quattro persone. Il ristorante è una classica pizzeria, dispone di tavoli posti un po' in mezzo alla strada (cosa che non ho gradito tantissimo, in quanto passano comunque automobili, motori e biciclette) e un po' di tavoli sotto al porticato (che sarebbe in realtà anche un passaggio pedonale). Diciamo che non dispone di una zona dedicata all'aperto, ma i tavoli sono sparsi per la strada di fronte al locale. Essendo in centro storico non dispone nemmeno di un parcheggio dedicato. Il menù l'ho trovato scritto in maniera un po' confusionaria, quasi come se fosse una brutta copia. Io personalmente ho provato una pizza anche particolarmente elaborata. Devo dire che non mi ha fatto impazzire, ho ricevuto una pizza davvero confusionaria, non c'erano proporzioni, gli ingredienti erano buttati sopra quasi a casaccio. L'impasto non l'ho trovato una cosa eccezionale, non mi ha fatto impazzire, ma non è nemmeno male. Gli ingredienti, per quanto confusionari, sono davvero freschi e di ottima qualità. Devo dire che però, a mio avviso, certe pizze non valgono il prezzo. Se i vuole mangiare una margherita o una pizza poco elaborata, e se si sopporta il fatto di avere gente che gira attorno ai tavoli mentre mangi (dato che si mangia per la strada), allora lo consiglio. Il personale non l'ho trovato sgarbato, ma nemmeno eccezionalmente cortese, una cosa giusta e alla buona.
