My husband and I visited this restaurant and it was terrible service, the waiter could not speak English, we ordered 2 paste and 200 grams of meat and he brought us two pieces of 1 kilo each, at the time of payment they let us wait 15 minutes, the waiter made me and my husband lose 130 euros for not knowing how to speak English, and in the end he himself apologized to us because he did not speak English, we gave simple information and the same, did not understand and instead of asking brought the wrong dish, then he was talking to us translating on Google translator, a pessimo service, just made us lose 130 euros for not knowing how to speak the language! Olha eu sinceramente queria avaliar com 5 estrelas, mas tenho que passar o que passei para outras pessoas não passarem pelo mesmo, na hora do almoço pelo garçom não saber inglês, fizemos o pedido de uma carne de 200 gramas, só que ele não entendeu e o pedido foi de 2 carnes, cada uma com 1 kilo, esse erro estragou nossa experiência, pois fez com que ficou 130 euros a mais do que iríamos pagar, pelo erro do garçom, aí pedimos para guardar um pedaço para a noite, no jantar pegamos a carne do almoço e pedimos as batatas que estavam secas, o cover custa 5 euros e o rapaz nem canta, deixa um cd rodando apenas… e na hora de eu pedir a conta (check) o garçom ia solicitar e acabou esquecendo e depois ele foi até a nossa mesa pedindo para ir até o bar para pegar a conta, demorou exatos 15 minutos para dar a nossa conta, simplesmente ficaram nos ignorando enquanto esperávamos, tive que ir novamente até o garçom para ser atendido. My friend and I had one of the best meals in Tuscany in this place. Everything is of exceptional quality, fresh, and delicious. The staff were beyond kind, available, and friendly!
