Fabulous pizza. We'd been disappointed with the pizza in Italy (and Italian restaurants in nearby countries) so far on our trip, but that all changed tonight with the best pizza I've ever had! Big call, right?! Somehow the base is crispy but light and airy. Choosing by the piece was a great way to try different kinds - all delicious. Ok, so I don't post restaurant reviews, but these people blew me away so I have to give them 5 stars. I would give them 6 if I could. Can't tell you what I ordered since I don't read Italian, but it was so good I ordered a second helping. And I don't even eat pizza in the US. But better yet, the employees treated me with such warm kindness in spite of the language barrier. I wish people in my country were this respectful to people from other countries. I don’t have many words to describe how amazing this pizza was—phenomenal is the best I can say! But I do have a video where you can HEAR just how good it was! That crunch!!! The staff there were incredibly welcoming and kind. They genuinely lit up when I walked in, told them how amazing the food was, and played them the video with that perfect crunch sound. I’ll be thinking about this one for a long time—it’s set the bar for every pizza I’ll eat...
