Food 4/5: I haven’t tried every dish, but there are just too many to choose from. We tried the recommended “schue schue”; and “diovoli” pizzas on two different occasions and they were fantastic. I only docked 1 star down due to shear amount of dishes, however almost all dishes are modifiable so you can mix and match really. Prices are great!

Atmosphere 5/5 Always full. Filled with Italians which shows that it is a non-tourist, local place where locals come to spend their nights. Full of life and that of typical Italian culture. Absolutely wonderful place! We ate here twice during our stay. First time we had seafood risotto. Then we tried the calzone and truffle pasta. All tasted so fresh and delicious. We also sampled the homemade desserts, crème caramel and panna cotte, so yummy. Staff were all so friendly and helpful! Even gave us limoncello after our meal. Great prices, no way you'd get the same quality of food and drinks for such a price in UK. It's mainly filled with locals which shows how great it is! We would definitely come back if we came back to Verona. It's a must try!!...

This is our favorite pizzeria in Borgo Trento. Great pizza, huge selection (including a bunch of unusual deserts that are a nice change to the omnipresent gelato and tiramisu, as well as Bavarian beer, if you want a break from the Italian wines), inexpensive, and absolutely lovely staff.
