Yum. The pistachio tart we had was very nice-- crumbly pastry and a rich, nutty pistachio cream inside. And the choux pastry puff with custard was delicious. So good that we had to get seconds. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even though it was a Sunday, the place was packed, and our 'Italian' was incomprehensible. Oh, and there's no extra charge for sitting at a table!

Pasticveria Rosa 3 is an excellent pasticceria. Thete is great coffee in whatever manifestation you desire. There is also a,vast assortoment of outstanding pasteries. Ottima pasticceria, aperitivi fantastici, personale accogliente e gentile. Unico neo è che se per vostra sfortuna una certa cliente vi ha preceduto nel prendere Il Giornale messo gentilmente a disposizione degli avventori, rinunciate perché l'attesa sarà molto lunga almeno un'ora ed oltre. Incurante degli altri clienti che attendono con pazienza che finisca di leggere, confidando nella sua buona educazione, la gentile signora continua a leggere il suo giornale come fosse a casa sua. Chiederei quindi ai titolari, se fosse possibile, di esporre un cartello, come presente in molti locali della città, che invitasse i clienti a sfogliare il giornale dando anche agli altri la stessa opportunità. A parte questo disguido, che ritengo risolvibile, consiglio la pasticceria alla Rosa 3 perché ritengo sia uno dei migliori locali della bella...
