Ristorante Pizzeria Filù — Restaurant in Verona

"I recently attempted to make a reservation at this restaurant for a Saturday evening. Despite contacting them 15 days in advance and being assured that it was fine, when I arrived, they told me it wasn't possible to reserve a table on Saturdays. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication and organization.

Furthermore, the staff were very rude and unhelpful. While the food may have been good, the poor service and unprofessional behavior of the restaurant staff overshadowed any positives.

Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant due to their disorganized reservation system and unfriendly staff. It's a shame because the food has potential, but the poor customer service really detracts from the overall...

Even though we made a reservation and specifically asked for an outdoor table and they assured us that, when we arrived the very rude staff asked us to wait a little bit and they helped like 20 people to find their table and then turned to us by saying it is now full outside?!?! Probably because we spoke only English. The food was also below average comparing to all the other delicious meals we had in the center of Verona like Osteria ll Bertoldo. The food is fantastic; we had pizza, pasta, sea food and some dessert and all of it was great. The personnel was very friendly and attentative, too. When we got there at around 7pm the place was almost empty. As we left, it was packed outdoors as well as inside and - judging from the number plates on the parking lot - there were a lot of locals, which I guess is always good sign.
