Natsu Japanese Restaurant — Restaurant in Vicenza

First time eating here and the reason I am giving this place a one star is because the waitress was so rude. Customer service is very important to have especially if you want consumers to come back. We got the all you can eat. At first every food we order was good. The last food we decided order before desert was the ramen and chicken nuggets. They were disgusting, so we did not finish it. We write down the order for the desert and the waitress came by and with a nasty attitude said we can not order more because we did not finish the ramen and nuggets. She continue with her attitude and said if we wanted to order anything else we had to pay full price for the ramen and chicken nuggets. She walked away and did not even give us the opportunity to let her know why we didn’t eat them.

I understand if she felt passionate about wasting food or if that’s their policy, However there is way to say things respectfully and a tactful way to say it.

I will also understand if we wasted everything we ordered but it was literally just two small dishes that we did not like at all, they were honestly disgusting.

Because of this experience we had, we will not be coming back to this place.

Anyone who decides to try this place just be aware that if you choose to get the all you can eat the plates have to be cleaned out. If not you will have to pay for those dishes and can not order more. They don’t tell you...

We purchased a large sushi board because we love sushi but ended up not liking the choices provided. Also, my mother arrived from the states earlier that day and on our way to the restaurant found out her mom/my grandma passed away and so she would return to the states the next day to get back for the funeral. Because we didn’t eat well, all things considered. The waitress was extremely mad at us, she kept badgering us on why we didn’t eat it. We explained about the passing of my grandma and we didn’t like it and she disregarded our situation and yelled at us that we left too much food. I had to raise my own voice to tell her to take my card, over and over so we could pay and get out of there. It was a horrible experience and it is a place we will never go again. This was our 3rd or 4th time here and the waitress this time were absolutely rude. When asking for my drink that I waited over 10 minutes for while everyone else had their drinks and food already they smirked at each other, when we went to pay they ignored us at the checkout and then continued to converse with each other while laughing when they went to hand us our check. I also feel like the food was not up to par this time. Not to mention for 3 drinks, 2 adult lunch, and our toddler it was $60.. that’s what I we had paid for dinner the last time we were there?
