Voller Vorfreude sind wir ins „Al Vaporetto“ und wurden leider enttäuscht.

KÜCHE (3,5/5⭐️) Die Pasta ist wirklich sehr sehr gut. Leider sind sehr wenige Muscheln in der Sauce gewesen. Bei meiner Freundin hat man sich schwer getan, den Tintenfisch zu finden. Sonst aber geschmacklich wirklich gut! Die Austern waren frisch und lecker. Was leider gar nicht ging, war der Mozzarella… der Mozzarella war leicht scharf und hat „gekribbelt“ auf der Zunge. Der Käse war definitiv nicht mehr gut!!!!

Wir haben dies dem Service mitgeteilt. Die Kellnerin hat sich mit dem Koch abgestimmt. Die Dame kam zurück und meinte, das muss so schmecken. Sorry, aber hätten wir diesen Käse gegessen würde es uns jetzt sicher nicht gut gehen … durch die offene Küche konnten wir die Kommunikation zwischen Kellnerin und Koch gut mitverfolgen … Ernst genommen wurde unsere Kritik nicht…

SERVICE (2/5⭐️) Wir wurden super nett empfangen. Unsere Bestellung wurde aufgenommen und dann ist erst mal 20 min nichts passiert. Als die Vorspeise kam, war unser Wein noch nicht mal am Tisch…. Erst auf Nachfrage kam dann der Wein… Der Vorfall mit dem Mozzarella (siehe oben) wurde leider gar nicht gut gelöst. Was ich persönlich zusätzlich gar nicht mag, ist wenn 30 Sekunden nach dem abräumen der Vorspeise schon der Hauptgang kommt… hier soll denke der Tisch so oft wie möglich besetzt werden.
