Bistro Alte Post — Restaurant in Vinschgau - Val Venosta

The reviews scared us at first but this is a fine restaurant. We had the Angus Steak, Salmon Pasta and the Mozzarella Tortellinis. It took a bit to arrive but it did all arrive at the same time.

Prices were reasonable. Wish they gave us butter with the bread it's a bit boring without anything on top.

The waitress is not rude at all unlike what others said.

In una calda giornata autunnale, in ferie, siamo arrivati a Prato allo stelvio e abbiamo pranzato al bistrot alte post.Un cinque stelle di cuore, siamo stati benissimo, un antipasto di formaggi molto buono, la pasta cotta alla perfezione, insalatona eccellente, in tutto i sapori ben equilibrati, personale gentile e cortese, complimenti al titolare , per la sua simpatia, per la chiacchierata fatta insieme a noi, per lo scambio di "esperienze di vita", vita vissuta !!!! in paesi diversi, (Italia -Cuba), per la sua mentalità aperta...un grande augurio da parte nostra di rimanere sempre così, di non cambiare mai, persone così sono rare al mondo!!!! Complimenti ancora per la gestione...
