McDonald's Cinisello Valtellina

I recently visited the McDonald's in Cinisello and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is convenient and easy to find, with ample parking space available. The restaurant itself is modern and clean, with a comfortable seating area both inside and outside. The decor is bright and inviting, which made for a pleasant dining atmosphere.

However, my visit had a few drawbacks. The service was slower than expected, especially during peak hours. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for my order, which is quite long for a fast-food restaurant. While the staff was friendly and polite, they seemed a bit overwhelmed by the rush, which affected the overall efficiency.

The food was standard McDonald's fare, which I generally enjoy. My Big Mac was fresh, and the fries were hot and crispy. The McFlurry I ordered for dessert was delicious, but it was clear they were understaffed in the kitchen. I noticed a few tables around me had complaints about incorrect orders or missing items.

Another point of concern was the cleanliness of the restroom facilities. While the dining area was well-maintained, the restrooms could use more frequent cleaning, especially during busy times.

Overall, McDonald's Cinisello has potential, but they need to address the staffing and service speed to improve the customer experience. I hope to see these improvements on my next visit because the friendly atmosphere and quality food are definite positives.
