DO NOT GO HERE.
The food is usually good, but the customer service is appalling. I've witnessed them openly mocking customers who (rightly) complain about the lengthy wait -- for eg, the manager rolled her eyes at an elderly man and sniped --"A nuh you one hungry ynuh Sir!", and sighing with irritation with customers who call in.
Another example? My friend placed an order online and included the instructions to not mix the serving tongs with seafood as she was allergic. On picking up, instead of saying "Thanks for coming, enjoy your meal", the manager said "So you really think we don't know that already?? You think we don't know not to put the tongs in seafood??"
My own experience came to a head a few weeks ago, when I received old, mushy, bad tasting food. I had placed the order online, and indicated the pick up time to avoid the food sitting down and becoming exactly as it ended up. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she snarked "Next time just call!" Even when I expressed outrage at being spoken to so rudely she dug down, refusing to apologize. A gentleman standing next to me during the exchange said his wife refuses to come inside the restaurant anymore because of the poor customer service, especially from that manager in particular.
Yes, overall I have enjoyed their food, but enough is enough. They will never see another of my hard earned dollars again. Perhaps if enough of us do the same, they will respect us...

Not only were we told that our reservation made several days in advance wasn't going to be honored, which turned out not to be true, we were seated at a table and waited for over an hour to be tended to; only to be asked to move to a different table to accommodate some other group. This new table wasn't even cleaned for us... I had to be adamant that it be cleaned and sanitized, which was clearly a bother to the the managing staff. The dirty napkins from the previous users were even still under the table at our feet. Eventually a waiter came and took our orders - he may have saved the evening, because after initially telling us items we wanted weren't available he made an effort to see what could be done for us and it was fruitful. It took us 3 hours from arrival to our orders being taken for us to get our meals - some of which came to us cold. Long and short of it, these restaurants don't do well under pressure. The reasonable thing to do for patrons is to go by a strict, properly spaced reservation-only policy on days like this - you don't stand to lose. Instead you risk losing customers permanently. Read moreFood was good and affordable as usual but the service and conveniences were horrible. We had coordinated weeks in advance for our first baby shower. We were advised that guests would be able to order and pay upon arrival. On the day when trying to get sorted we were advised by the waiter that this is not possible. The person who advised us that we could started saying we could not. While trying to find the best resolution we were brushed off and ignored. Rude comments were made to both hosts and guests. We had to remind them to come with menus, write down our orders on a piece of paper and even then orders were wrong. Orders had to be cancelled. A guest had to start shuttling back and forth to bring our drinks out because they were just not providing much service to the section of 30+. Note we rented the 2 rooms in the back, as it was a baby shower. So I would have assumed accommodations would have been made to ensure enough coverage would be there for the guests. Overall they made our experience very horrible and in the end each person ended up paying for what they ordered with little hassle while the staff stalked...
