We drove from Montego Bay to try them out. We arrived at around 4:45pm. The waiter took our order at around 5pm. We ordered beef loaded fries, 2 beef tacos, beef quesadillas, burger, mango daiquiri, strawberry daiquiri and 2 bottles of water. We got the strawberry daiquiri and 1 water at maybe 5:10 as these were requested prior to the meal. At 5:50 we asked how far along the order was and we were told just 10 more minutes. At 6:13 the waiter came to the table asking us to come to the counter as the supervisor would like to speak to us. The supervisor then advised us that they are out of beef and it is not her fault because they have a full house and they are also taking outside orders. So i queried the 10 mins response we got earlier after which she proceeded to say “ a lie dem a tell” in reference to the waiter who provided us with the information. We paid for our drinks and left at 6:30pm. No apology or complimentary substitution offered. We wasted a long drive and 2 hrs waiting for food we did not receive. The chicken was good, but the sour cream was not. There was also no salsa with meal; when I did ask for it, they made it quickly and brought it out. It was terrible. When I mentioned to the bartender the issues with the food, he developed an attitude and said he did not cook the food, there was a chef in the kitchen. I don’t think I will eat...

The presentation was sloppy—just look at my plate. To top it off, the nacho chips were stale. I wanted to try the jerk chicken quesadilla or jerk chicken taco, but they told me they don’t serve jerk chicken every day. If you’re in Jamaica claiming to offer a Mexican-Jamaican fusion, shouldn’t jerk chicken, one of the staples, always be available?
All in all, this was a complete waste of $85, including an elote and one margarita. Definitely...
