Vital Juice Bar (Vegan)

Bad customer service. This was my first time at a vegan restaurant. I had questions, he was impatient and told me he was not going to repeat. He ignored me, talked on the phone and then begin to prepare another meal. This was very uncomfortable. I left and went to The Healthy Way in Ocho Rios, where I had a much better customer service and when I had questions about the dishes, my questions were answered. If you're in Ocho Rios and looking for vegan food, you have to visit Vital! The food was so fresh and tasty, the chef was friendly, and the location is right in the centre of Ochi. We had a yummy mixed salad+rice box and sea moss smoothie that kept us going.

Google maps may direct you to the main street - Vital is a small shack in the car park opposite Scotia Bank on Graham Street. It can be hard to spot but don't let that put you off, we definitely recommend checking...

Hidden gem! Off to the side, behind a building, in a parking lot, is this amazing very well kept little vegan spot. We almost didn’t find the place but so glad we did. Vital, the owner, is super friendly, professional, totally full of happy energy, very welcoming. The food is WOW delicious! It’s super healthy, smells great, and tastes great! Can’t wait to visit them again…tomorrow and the day after and the day after...
