Stunning views! You can sit right by the water when you eat. The menu is huge, and everything we ordered was tasty - all came out piping hot as it was just freshly prepared. The food was also served in a timely manner and the portions were huge!! The butter chicken, goan shrimp, cheese and garlic and were my favorites but honestly it’s one of those places you can order anything and you’ll be satisfied! Chefs are clearly talented and there are apparently 2 - one for Indian dishes and another for Jamaican. We only ordered Indian this time and it’s the best Indian food I’ve had in a while - really exceed my expectations in all areas. Shoutout to Michaela who served us and was wonderful as well always checking to see if we’re ok or needed anything. One of the highlights for me in Ocho rios - if you’re in town and hungry, make sure to make a stop here!

We went for lunch, and got the table outside. The ambience was terrific, with a good view of the marina, and nice breeze. We walked around as we waited for the food. The service was slow but the personnel great. We ordered vegetarian food, that was flavourful. The veggie sizzlers was too spicy and portion size very small for the $18. The simple daal ($9) was the best in the entire North Americas. The naans were made nice, and the curries were awesome. The Jeera rice was simple and good. The mango Lassi only had a faint mango flavor. Jal jeera was not good. Navratana korma and Malai Kofta were tasty. Would we go again? Definitely. The service is very slooooow. But we had asked the server and knew it was going to be late. Be prepared to spend 60 to 70 mins. Relax and enjoy. Parking is tough.

visited Passage to India while my cruise ship stopped in Ocho Rios, and I’m so glad I did! The food was absolutely incredible. I tried a few dishes, and everything was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The butter chicken was so creamy and delicious, and the naan was fresh and soft—just perfect for scooping up the sauce. The lamb vindaloo had a great balance of spice, and the biryani was packed with flavor and tender meat. The staff were super friendly and made me feel really welcome, which added to the whole experience. If you’re ever in Ocho Rios, especially if you’re on a cruise like I was, I’d definitely recommend stopping here. The food alone is worth it!

We went to Ocho Rios last week and decided to check out this restaurant. We are originally from India so we do know how the Indian food should taste. Our daughter is 3 years old and does not like any spice in her food. When we reached to restaurant, we asked them for Dal Tadka without spices for our daughter and Bhindi Masala for us. We also ordered Tandoori Roti and Vegetable Shesh Kabab. The Dal Tadka they made was as per our preference and taste. The other food was excellent and beyond our expectations. We decided to go their again. 2nd time we ordered, paneer butter masala. It was to our surprise that the quality and taste of paneer butter masala was awesome. The quantity of food was also quite a bit and prices are very reasonable.

We live in New York and have tried lots of Indian restaurant in New York-New Jersey-Pennsylvania etc., The food at this restaurant was far better than anywhere in USA. I wish I could give 6...

This restaurant exceeded all of my expectations. We came to Passage to India on July 19th and everything was precise and setup for a large group. We had 23 people in our group and everyone LOVED the food.

The food did not take too long and the atmosphere there was amazing. The restaurant itself was located by the marina, and we got to feel that nice cool breeze. We had a long table to our group and the wait staff, as well as, the owner Vasu was really nice and accommodating.

My wife was allergic to Chick Peas, and Vasu volunteered to help work around it. Needless to say, my wife enjoyed the food. We loved the food so much that we decided to have him cater to our wedding.

The food was sooo good that it was finished in less than 45 minutes at the wedding, with people wanting more!

Vasu is amazing and we definitely recommend you trying Passage to...
