Crystal Blue waters with a clean white sandy beach. Went here for a church trip with some friends on a very busy Saturday, as there were numerous trip buses in the parking lot. There was a bit of a wait to get in, but we eventually got our armbands and got ourselves settled. Even though the venue had a lot of people, there was still enough room to spread out and find an open spot in the water for yourself. My group rented a cabana for the day for about JMD$5200 (USD$32) so that we were able to have a comfy spot to rest our heads and bags; the attendant cleaned it up for us before use, but took ages to give us our receipt, so there was a bit of a mix-up at one point, but that was quickly settled. There were loads of activities to do as there were persons advertising various water adventures you could take part in, like taking photos on a glass boat or water tubing for the adrenaline junkies ☺️ If you wish to take part in these activities, ensure you have extra cash on hand, as they don't take cards to my knowledge. Food is easily accessible once you have on your armband, as you can go off property to purchase food such as KFC, Burger King etc or from any of the local cookshops. The changing rooms as expected were a bit mucky as it's where everyone changed, so it had a slight smell of pee and wet sand on the floor. Just try and balance on your shoes to ensure that doesn't catch your good clothes. There are showers available on both the beach and near the changing rooms. I did not check the bathroom facilities as I used the one over at KFC. It's a fun day and a relaxing day to be had by all, especially if you're there with good friends.

Great beach , the water was excellent, clean and rare seaweed interaction. 😁There's a bar on the beach but you carry your own food. 👍A variety of water sports available at a cost. 😏 Garbage receptacles aplenty for use , hopefully everyone makes use of them. There is music playing intermittently. There are benches to put your things like food and clothes on ,big trees are there for shade. Go early to make use of your time. There are cubicles to wash off and to change to dry clothes . Entrance fee $200JMD . Lifeguard is on duty ; first aid and sick bay also noted . Much cleaner by far than Hellshire or Waves Beach . Go with a group or by yourself and enjoy 🤗

Separate and apart from the fact that everyone and there cousin, neighbour, friend was there... (the beach was packed) it was a great experience. I don't recommend going on a weekend due to the large volume of people there, and also persons can rent part of the beach for parties and events so be prepared to be told that you can't walk on a particular side or use the changing rooms there. (further most eastern side of the beach). There are lots of activities to do such as the Banana Boating (which I did) - $1500 JMD and the glass bottom boat experience - $500 JMD. Really a lovely beach that only cost $200 per person with changing facilities and bathroom.

My recent visit to Ocho Rios Bay Beach was nothing short of a tropical paradise, and its breathtakingly beautiful waters were the highlight of an unforgettable experience.

From the moment I stepped onto the soft, powder-like sand, the azure hues of the Caribbean Sea captivated my senses. The water at Ocho Rios Bay Beach is an absolute marvel – clear as crystal, with varying shades of blue that transition seamlessly from the shore to the deeper depths. The gentle waves lapping against the shoreline created a soothing melody, inviting me to immerse myself in the sheer tranquility of this coastal haven.

The beach's cleanliness and well-maintained surroundings added to the allure. The pristine nature of the shoreline showcased the commitment to preserving the natural beauty of this coastal gem. The absence of litter and the meticulous care taken by the staff to ensure a clean and inviting environment contributed to a truly relaxing atmosphere.

The calm and warm waters of Ocho Rios Bay Beach beckoned me to take a dip, and I was rewarded with a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear sea. Snorkeling enthusiasts will find the vibrant marine life just a short distance from the shore, adding an adventurous touch to the overall aquatic experience.

For those seeking a more laid-back day, the beach offers an abundance of comfortable lounge chairs strategically placed along the shoreline. I found myself basking in the Caribbean sun, periodically cooling off in the inviting waters – a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation.

The beach's picturesque setting also provides an ideal backdrop for capturing memorable moments. Whether it's a leisurely stroll along the shoreline or a romantic sunset view, Ocho Rios Bay Beach offers a plethora of photo-worthy scenes that encapsulate the natural beauty of Jamaica.

In conclusion, Ocho Rios Bay Beach stands as a testament to the unparalleled beauty of the Caribbean. Its stunningly beautiful waters, combined with a commitment to cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere, make it a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a slice of paradise. My experience at this tropical oasis was nothing short of magical, and I eagerly look forward to returning to its shores for more moments of serenity and...

Very large beach. Nice white sands. Only down side is the clay like feeling of the sad when you enter the water. Suspect it's from the oils and sunscreen from our bodies that has settled over time. It's a good beach though to bring your family. The cost if very affordable. They have outdoor changing rooms and showers that are private. Only downside is that they have random men from outside that hang around the changing area like pervs and sometimes they leave their bags inside the stalls, treating it as their own personal storage area, which prevents you from entering, but you can find an empty one eventually, they make you feel uncomfortable though, I hope the beach does something about them. That's the only thing preventing me from giving this beach a 5 star rating. Ohh and the water is not that deep and is very calm, so do feel free to...
