ここは1番教えたくない店‼️ まぁ教えてるが🤣 混んでもらっても困るし 大将も言ってる位だから 長い経験値と引き出しの多さで何でも絶品‼️ 値段はそれなりにするがこの料理を銀座で食べたら5万は超えそうだ こういう個人店が本当に大好きだ 身体の事を考えて野菜も食べさせてくれて凄い仕事をする料理人‼️ シャリも料理も砂糖は使わない店だが 凄い甘味、旨み、余韻が素晴らしい 個人的にはここはNo.1の店 鮨だけ何十巻も食べれないし 手の込んだツマミに最後に握りを食べて〆る 本当に良い店は何回か通うと本当の良さがよくわかる こんなに凄い店が上尾にある事が凄い‼️ 接待にも最高‼️

お通し(モロコ、ローストビーフ、柿、さつまいも、酒盗、猿梨、むかご)刺身盛り合わせ(中トロ、カワハギの肝和え、真タコ　卵付、赤貝、)、海うなぎの白焼きを肴に、日本酒５合を堪能しました。どれも美味しいかったが、値段もそれなりにします。海うなぎは非常に珍しく是非食べてみたかったので、常連の友人に紹介してもらい、訪問しました。店主と女将さんと楽しく会話していたら、以前の職場の上司も常連だったと分かり、ビックリしました。でも、上司がこの店を贔屓にしたのは納得できました。

大将も言ってる位だから

長い経験値と引き出しの多さで何でも絶品‼️ 値段はそれなりにするがこの料理を銀座で食べたら5万は超えそうだ

こういう個人店が本当に大好きだ

身体の事を考えて野菜も食べさせてくれて凄い仕事をする料理人‼️

シャリも料理も砂糖は使わない店だが 凄い甘味、旨み、余韻が素晴らしい

個人的にはここはNo.1の店

鮨だけ何十巻も食べれないし

手の込んだツマミに最後に握りを食べて〆る

本当に良い店は何回か通うと本当の良さがよくわかる
