The tonkotsu broth is hearty and so tasty on a cold day! I like the texture of the thin, angel hair pasta-like noodles and the miso sauce with the gyoza dumplings.

いつもの美味しいラーメンを食べに行こうと足を運びました。

すると「ラーメン注文時に新しい麺を仕入れましたので是非食べてみてください！」 と店長が胸を張ってすすめてきたので 「じゃ、それで！」と頼んだのが間違いでした。

豚骨スープと言ってもたくさん種類があります。卵麺に合う豚骨スープもあります。

だがしかし、ここのスープに卵麺は合わないだろおおおお！まずい・・・。 と心の中で叫びながら食べ、 初めてこの店で残して帰りました(涙)

本当は星５つの味なのですが、

店長さんが「毎日この店のラーメン食べているのですが、極細麺だけは美味しくないとずっと思ってたのですよ。ですので、 この卵麺を仕入れました。」

という言葉にいつも、おいしい×2♪ と食べていただけに 悲しく、すごく虚しくなり 星マイナス２(涙)

次からは卵麺は絶対に頼まず、極細麺を頼み、美味しくいただこうと思います(^-^)/

ちなみに、他のラーメンよりは＋数分時間がかかる野菜ラーメンに、とろっとろのチャーシューをトッピングして極細麺ってのが私は断トツおいしいと思います(^-^)/
