This place is really amazing, Chef Yosuke is serving up some of the best steak I’ve ever eaten. We ate there twice in the two days we visited Anjo because we had to go back for steak frites. The oysters were delicious, fresh from Hokkaido. Chef Yosuke served by himself the second day but the first nights server was very welcoming and top notch. The cocktails were so well done, not too sweet. I was amazed but not shocked at what they were putting on the plate. At that point we had eaten so much Japanese food that Amity was actually a great way to break from all the amazing things we had eaten already. I can’t recommend this place enough, not only for the food but for feeling welcomed in a foreign small town spot. Delicious cuisine and amazing service is a good combo

First,I guess i can order wagyu steak in this restaurant, because of the cow statue in front of the restaurant. All the food are excellent.

AMERICANな雰囲気最高です！来店されてる客層もグローバルで良し。もちろん提供されるお料理も文句無しでして👌 オーナーの誠実さがお料理にもでて丁寧な仕事されてますね。ボトルワインもお手頃価格でセンスの良いチョイスです🍷今回はスペシャルコースで行ってきましたが2軒目のちょい飲みでも良いですね。
