Amity Bay — Restaurant in Anjo

This place is really amazing, Chef Yosuke is serving up some of the best steak I’ve ever eaten. We ate there twice in the two days we visited Anjo because we had to go back for steak frites. The oysters were delicious, fresh from Hokkaido. Chef Yosuke served by himself the second day but the first nights server was very welcoming and top notch. The cocktails were so well done, not too sweet. I was amazed but not shocked at what they were putting on the plate. At that point we had eaten so much Japanese food that Amity was actually a great way to break from all the amazing things we had eaten already.
