As much as I'd want to have a great experience visiting Kyushu, the service at this place was appalling. We arrived 2.40pm, there was a queue of about 5 parties before us. The place was half full, and only around 3pm we got seated.

After going through the menu, we pressed the bell and waited a long while before we got a waiter coming to take our order (we weren't sure if the bell went through so we pressed a second time). After ordering only a cup of coffee and parfait, we waited for another 20mins before the items arrived. It was as though we were forgotten.

This is an exceptional review, considering I only give positive reviews. If you're only coming here for coffee and dessert, don't.

I must say I see that food for other customers were served much faster.

Please don't be fooled by any images of a V60 pourover, the option of pourover or any specialty coffee is not available here.

Everything went well at first as described by other google users. We were there on Wed late afternoon and thought closing hours was 18.30. We took our time to browse the shop section in hope to buy some momento home until we heard a loud "thud" at the shop cashier behind us and wondered what happened. Moments later, another staff with better command of English conveyed that closing hours was 17.30 (not shown anywhere in signage) and ushered us to exit hurriedly without even allowing us to complete purchases. Then i realised that the loud "thud" was slamming of the cashier counter partition - unhappiness that we held them up. It was 17.25 then and there werent signs to show the correct operating hours. This is a beautiful gallery to sell authentic Arita potteries. The Arita pottery is belong to beautiful, colorful and gorgeous design so most of the pottery look very colorful and beautiful. Especially the cups are stunning here. Besides they sell pottery they have a resin this gallery. The great speciality is coffees served in your favorite design cup!!! There are displayed so you can choose one cup!! Then they serve coffee in your favorite cup!!!! Need time to choose just only one!! I couldn’t pick up the one easily because everything is gorgeous!!!
