Why You Should Visit This is a hidden gem loved by Asahikawa locals! A local hairdresser recommended it to me, and honestly, itâs one of the best local ramen spots Iâve been to in Asahikawa.
Atmosphere & Setup Thereâs plenty of parking behind the restaurant, so getting here by car is easy. Itâs a popular spot among locals, and while it gets busy at lunch, the turnover is fast, so you wonât have to wait long. Seating includes two tables for four, two tatami-style raised seating areas (also for four), and plenty of counter seats, making it a great spot whether youâre solo or with a group.
Ramen & Menu They have a great selection, including abura soba, which is rare to find! Their signature broth is a rich, thick tonkotsu, which is actually uncommon in Hokkaidoâand it was super flavorful, creamy, and absolutely delicious.
We tried the shoyu ramen and shio ramen, topped with a layer of slightly charred oil, adding an incredible depth of flavor. The chashu was tender and delicious, and the broth soaked perfectly into the noodles, making the ramen even more flavorful.
Service The owners were friendly and welcoming, and service was fast, so even during peak hours, you wonât have to wait too long.
