20230406 - the best Sushi restaurant at Asaka area. The material quality is beyond the price and also the volume is more than what it looks like. Even the basic set (¥1,500) is very impressive.

土曜夜17時に予約で訪問。 少し早めでしたが店は開いていて、すでに飲んでいる人もいました。

お通しに出てくる筑前煮は甘めに煮てあるもの。 壁には本日のおすすめが貼ってありその中で白子ポン酢、ホタルイカの沖漬け、カマの塩を注文。

白子ポン酢もホタルイカも新鮮で美味しい。 トゥルンと食べました。カマの塩焼きは脂が乗っていて、塩がしっかりふられているものでお酒飲みながら食べるのは最高でした。

あと、厚焼き卵も注文。飲みメニューなので感覚的に熱いものが出てくると思ったのですが、冷たいもの。寿司屋ならではの厚焼きです。甘みが強く、美味しい海苔に巻かれている珍しいもの。熱々の厚焼きを想定してたので、そこは残念でしたが、これはこれでうまいね〜ってなりました。

またすごいお寿司はボリュームがあるとの前情報があったので2人でひとつを食べました。 きて驚いたのは寿司ネタがでかい…！ しかも一つ一つのネタにはちゃんとお刺身の甘みや新鮮さが感じられるもので美味しかったです。お会計もこれだけ食べて飲んでめちゃ安〜ってなりました。
