お盆中に道の駅巡りの際に行きました。 停まっている車の数が多かったこし、車内に人がいたので混んでいて待っている人がいるのかも？と思いましたが・・・ 多分、店内で名前と人数書いて待つシステムかな？と思い店内に入ると席に対して座っている人は半分にも満たない感じ。 ちょっと？？？って思っていたんですが、「すみません」と話しかけても忙しいらしく反応なし。 そのあと配膳担当らしい女性に「何名様ですか？」と話しかけられたけど、自分：「1人です」、店員：「5組ほど車の中で待ってもらっているので、時間かかりますよ。」というやり取りをしていると、フードコートなどで呼び出し用の呼び鈴みたいなも持っている人が入店してきてその店員に話しかけたら、もう相手してもらえず、その場に佇むしかなし・・・ 結局その後の対応もしてもらえなかったので、雰囲気悪いと思い店を出ました。 一見の客のために、システム説明の張り紙してるわけでもないし、接客もいまいち。 システムが分かっている地元の人には人気かも知れませんが、心象の...
