”The food tasted so good, we had to buy another round in one sitting!” 😋❤️👍🏼
It is worth the 10-minute walk from Chiba Station. This is the first kebab store, that we’ve eaten in Japan, with an actual spacious dining area - where you can relax and take the time enjoying your food. The shop decorations are interesting and will trigger a good conversation among friends, plus, the music videos playing in the background completes the authentic Turkish experience. The only downside during our afternoon visit was that the heat of the grills overpowered the air conditioning machines and we were sweating like pigs as we ate 😅
I initially ordered the Beef Sandwich with Garlic Sauce (ビーフ サンド ガーリック ソース) and it was heavenly! 😍 The beef was tender, the pita bread was soft and subtlety sweet, and the creamy sauce was just perfect! My husband ordered the Chicken Sandwich with Original (medium hot) Sauce, in large size (チキン サンド 中辛 ソース 大きい) and he too devoured it in seconds.
Hence, we had no choice but to give in to our cravings and order another! 😅 My husband ordered the same one for him while I had Beef Sandwich with a mixed Chili and Garlic Sauce (ビーフ サンド ガーリック と 辛口 ミクスト ソース). I had to take advantage of the free water since the Chili sauce was a wee bit too spicy for me 🥵
And most importantly, for me, both the Turkish staff (maybe the owners) were warm and welcoming🤗 According to my husband, they spoke in fluent Japanese. I was just happy to talk with one of them in English, and I must say he is good in speaking it, too. For me, great food is nothing without great genuine service. So, I must say, this fast-food shop has it all!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
We will surely come eat here...
Read moreI love this play! In my brief stay in Chiba, this has been my go-to place for food. I usually use Uber Eats for pick up, which has the same price as in the restaurant, and they always listen to requests without any extra charge! The food is delicious and always fresh, and the garlic sauce tastes as good as the ones back home and in Turkey. If I ever go back to Chiba, I'm definitely...
Read moreKebab, döner, durum, whatever you want to call it. Chicken or beef available, but during my visit only the chicken was left. This is the first time I eat a durum kebab in Japan. Without doubts the portions and quality is less than in Europe or the Netherlands. I didn't this kind of for a long time, so I enjoyed it. Would come back when hungry...
