This is a step up from kaiten-zushi. They used to have a conveyor but now they hand make and deliver the sushi on kaiten plates. The plates range from 150-700Â¥ and you order from a tablet. Prices are still reasonable and after 15 plates the total bill for 2 was just over 6000Â¥ or about $46, less than I would pay at a kaiten in America by myself. They had a nice variety including a whole category of, "blue skinned" fish which includes silver skinned fish like saba mackerel, aji horse mackerel, kohada and others.
