Best Yokohama Ramen ever! The chef always serves incredibly high quality ramen with rich broth and fresh ingredients. I donât know how many hours he stew that thick pork broth but I believe at least itâs one night. I remember, a couple of years ago, at the last day in December, he still kept putting pork bones to the stockpots, while I was the last person of the day. This meant he had an intent to stew the broth during 4-day year-end Holidays. You may feel itâs a bit salty, though itâs a characteristic of Yokohama Ramen, then you should order a rice bowl, which has a great fit with the ramenâs strong taste. First, you order and pay for your ramen at the vending machine, and then you can add some toppings. I would recommend getting more chashu pork because these are very tasty and there is only one for basic orders. The ramen is prepared in front of you and served within 5-10 minutes. The broth is very rich, and you get nori, 1 chashu, spinach, spring onions and of course the noodles. Even if I got the smallest order, I was already very full after eating half.
