Must visit bar in Chitose! The owner, Mr. Fujimori is very very kind and nice. He made us the Japanese whisky based Negroni and they are all delicious! Very impressive to stop by this bar in the snowy day. The bar is very private and we can enjoy all night. By the way, we talk about One Piece (Japanese Anime) and the owner gave us 2 one piece's glasses!! Unbelievable how kind he is. This is our last day in Japan and this impressed us a lot!! Will be here again for sure!!

非常專業有想法的小酒吧，除了能把各種經典調酒做好，也有女生會喜歡的水果特調。店雖小，不到十個位子的空間，威士忌的選擇還是很齊全，台灣的Kavalan跟Omar都有，艾雷島的八個酒廠也都有，除此之外也有足夠的琴酒選擇來做調酒，平均一杯900yen實在划算 An excellent bar in chitose! Less than ten seats. However, you can taste Kavalan and Omar whisky from Taiwan,and all of Islay whisky distilleries. Cocktail price of cocktail is about900yen. The classic cocktails are great and also make good fresh fruity cocktail. The volume of cocktail is than tradditional Japanese bar. The bar deserve you visit!

飲み屋通りにあるバーです。店内はカウンターのみで１０人ぐらい満席かな。お通しも出ます。 今回はメニューをみてませんが、頼めばそれにあったカクテルを作ってくれると思います。マスターも見た目以上にいい感じのおじさんなので笑　一見さんに対しても親切な対応をしてくれます。遅い時間だったこともあり長居は出来ませんでしたが、次回はもう少しゆっくり飲みたい感じのお店です。また千歳に来たら来店予定。ただ、この辺りは客引きも多いので無事に辿り着けるかはお客さんの腕次第😛

マンハッタン1杯で、お会計が2800円...。 それに見合う工夫やこだわりは感じられませんでした。この値段をつけざるを得ない立地でもないかと思います。

好みもあると承知の上でマンハッタンの感想ですが、ベースウイスキーは厚みに欠け、ベルモットは酸化感、ピールは絞り過ぎという印象の一杯でした。

スコッチ/ジャパニーズウイスキーをメインとしているお店の様子ですので、もともとカクテルを期待すべきではないのかもしれませんが、旅行客と伝えている中でこの価格とクオリティのバランスとなると、少しふっかけられているような感覚を覚えてしまいました。
