The city of Chitose may seem small and quiet at first. However, delving into the narrow streets and hidden alleyways proves that there is a night scene, just not an obvious one. てげてげ (te ge te ge) brings a very cozy atmosphere and charming appeal to the neighbourhood. Beginning with a warm welcome from the family owners, then met with the mouth-watering smell of yakitori wafting from the kitchen, followed by a very decent gallery of drinks to choose from behind the bar, it's very comforting to know places like this exist. Typical of an Izakaya establishment, the food portions are small but every bite is delicious as we envision a focus on quality over quantity. 料理は美味しいかったです。が…店員の接客態度は最悪。 知り合い？か常連か？という客には普通に接していましたが、店員は揃って無愛想。無言で注文聞く、無言で置いていく、無言でさげる、帰る時も言ってたのかも知れませんが全くありがとうございましたも何も聞こえなかったです。そして次の予約が入っているなら最初にこの席は何時までですと言うべきでは？と思いますが、その説明ももちろんなく。ラストオーダーのドリンクと食べ物を持って来て、間もなくして会計してと言われ。まだ飲み終わってないし、食べ物も全然手を付けていなかったのですが。そこで初めて次の予約があるのでとのこと。そんなに時間がないならフードはそもそも頼まなかった。ラストに頼んだフードはほぼ手付かずでお店を出ることになったので、お金もったいなかったです。何様気取りな店員達に腹が立ちました。忙しかったから？そうなったのか、元々そういう人達なのかはわかりませんが、お客様に対しての感謝の気持ちを持った態度で接した方がいいですよ。かなり傲慢な感じで不快でした。 あの店員の態度で先日のあの混み具合は…疑問しか湧きませんね。 ご飯は普通に美味しかったですが、2度と行きません。 お店の方へ。ラストオーダーの注文の取り...
