星1つでもつけたくないのが正直なところです。お店に入った時に15分お待ちいただくと聞いて入りましたが、30分くらい待ってようやく料理がでてきまあいた。少し食べたらご飯にピンク色の破片(多分プラスチック)が入っているのに気付き、店員さんYを呼びました。新しいご飯を持ってきた時に謝りの言葉一つもなく、食べるかどうかお客様の判断でと言われてしまいました。私の判断はどういうことですかと聞きましたが、店員Yさんはちゃんと回答できず責任者を呼んでくださいとお願いしました。はいと返事をもらいましたが、5分経っても誰も来なかったので、Yさんをもう一度呼びました。責任者がいないと今度Yさんが言います。どうやら厨房にいる従業員がその日の担当者のようで、異物混入していますがと伝えたら、ええの感じで解決案一つもなく。楽しみにしていた静岡郷土料理が全然食べれずじまいで、お腹ぺこぺこで入店しお腹ぺこぺこ+変な気持ちで店を出ました。本当に残念です。 This restaurant is really bad that I don’t even want to give it 1 star. We waited for 30 minutes to get our food, and there was a pink pick in my rice bowl. The waitress brought me a new rice bowl but she didn’t apologize at all and she also said it’s my choice to eat this rice or not. I am very disappointed and starving when I left the restaurant. Easy choice for food at the Shin-Fuji station. Easy to find. Quick service. Authentic atmosphere. Amazing food!!!. I got the pork and egg dish. The pork was so tender and delicious. I was surprised for a Train station restaurant the quality of food. 10/10...
