Seems like a family-run restaurant which serves really tasty yakisoba and okonomiyaki. The owners speak only Japanese so you have to come prepared knowing what you want. We used google translate to figure out the menu and then used a photo of the menu to place our order. Despite the language barrier, the owners were very kind and accommodating. They took the time to introduce the condiments and really made sure we enjoyed our meal. Couldn’t converse directly and yet we felt very well taken care of! Great experience and...

旅先で美味しい富士宮焼そばが食べたくて、評判のいいこちらのお店に二人で立ち寄りました。 焼そばのメニューから並そばを、しぐれ焼のメニューからは並しぐれをオーダーしました。 焼そばはやはりモチッとした強い歯ごたえの麺がいいですね。味付けはあっさり控えめながら、出汁の旨味が効いていて美味しかったです。しぐれ焼きはキャベツたっぷりのお好み焼きの中に焼そばの麺が入っていて、薄く仕上がるように押さえつけながらじっくりと焼いていました。ソースは甘口と辛口が選べ、削り粉と青海苔が卓上に用意されており、鉄板の上でアツアツを自分で調味するスタイルです。私がイメージするモダン焼きよりかなり厚さが薄く、しっかりと焼き上げた生地はサクッと、麺はカリッと固めの食感が独特で、こちらも美味しくいただきました。 人気のあるお店のようで、日曜日とはいえ午後３時過ぎにもかかわらず、外で数名のお客さんが待っていました。特にお好み焼きは丁寧に焼き上げるので、提供まで多少時間がかかるようです。駐車場はお店の前に3~4台と、店の横の敷地にも数台分ありましたので、クルマで行きたい方は立ち寄り...
