As another reviewer commented, the silverware and cups provided are dirty. I went to get a kids’ cup for my daughter and found a significant amount of still water at the bottom of the glass, as it had been stacked on other cups without being dried properly. Most appalling was that the kids’ forks and spoons were the dirtiest items of all.
The restaurant also smelled of fryer grease and wet dog. The restaurant was cluttered and was just dank and dirty in general.
Although the food was good, it was hard to get over the venue’s lack of cleanliness in general. They also forced us to order a drink each(minimum ¥600 for a soft drink) since we came on a public holiday despite it being lunchtime. This is the first I’ve ever seen this practice in Japan despite living here nearly 20 years.

Because I cannot read japanese well, so I just choose original gravy meat sauce which is the most popular one.
The pasta and the meat sauce is amazing, I feel very full because I ordered the large size. (if you cannot eat many, you can choose the regular size)
