i got their eponymous fukuchian ramen with kara-age set and tried all of their optional toppings (garlic, sesame, chives, vinegar, salt, spicy sesame, and chilli oil)
the regular chashu was good, but their special chashu just MELTS in your mouth. the kara-age was very different from hokkaido style zangi. reminded me of 탕수육 (tangsooyook) with a sweet/sour/spicy touch

the "number 1" soup is very rich and savory, the "number 2" soup is very thick (similar like creamy pasta). both are must try, but you can't go wrong.
