After seeing so many reviews, I decided to give it a go because the colors and presentation of the dish looked so appetizing. When the bowl first arrived, it didn't seem very big, but once it was placed in front of me, I realized it was indeed quite large. The dish featured chewy noodles accompanied by a variety of vegetables, slices of pork, seafood, and fish cakes. The broth was fragrant, delicious, and well-balanced, with a sweetness from the vegetables and a rich, savory flavor. I finished the entire bowl and felt very full. I must say, the Champon at this restaurant is incredibly delicious, and I highly recommend everyone to try it.
The atmosphere in the restaurant was lively, with the grandmother who cooked the food chatting with various customers. The staff were all cheerful and friendly, even though it was almost closing time. The restaurant was clean, and they provided free water, as well as unlimited pickled ginger and ground sesame seeds to add to your Champon. Adding these condiments enhanced the flavor even more.
