KEIZO bakery — Restaurant in Fukuoka

I stayed in Imajuku for two weeks and saw KEIZO bakery near the train station. I bought some bread there on a Thursday. It was made from the best ingredients with dedication and passion.

It is a neighbourhood bakery welcomed by the locals and a good bakery that never lets people down.

糸島に用事があったので、その途中見つけてふらっと立ち寄ってみました。 外観からもうわかる、「絶対美味しいパン屋さん」です。 今回購入したのは カヌレ(200円)、明太フランス(350円)、あんぱん(180円)、クリームパン(180円)、牛筋カレーパン(260円)、 じゃがいもとベーコンのフォカッチャ(280円)、ブルーベリージャムスティック(210円)、 大人のポテサラタルティーヌ(360円)。 菓子パン、ペストリー、惣菜パン、食事パンと全てバランスよく揃っているのが嬉しいです。 パンの味は、期待通りの味でした。 牛筋カレーパン、生地がモッチモチですごくヒキがあります。中のカレーは甘口よりの中辛で、辛いものが苦手な方でも美味しくいただけます。プルプルの牛筋がたっぷり入っていました。 ポテサラタルティーヌは「大人の」とついているのでどんな感じかと頂いてみたら、ポテサラの奥からふわっとくるゴルゴンゾーラの塩味と香りが良かったです。青カビ系のチーズが苦手な人は気になるかもしれませんが、私は美味しいと思いました。 ブルーベリージャムスティックも、地元福岡産のブルーベリーを使用しているところがいいです。こちらも、バタークリームが程よい甘さでした。 買い物を終えて外に出たら、なかなかの行列が出来てびっくり！駐車場も待ちの車がいました。行列無い瞬間に入れたのは幸運だったんですね。午前中、11時くらいまでに入店するとゆ...
