地元民好み！昔ながらのあっさり豚骨ラーメン。 地下鉄空港線・藤崎駅から徒歩1分。 福岡市早良区役所の向かい側(明治通り沿い)にあります。 ラーメンや定食、ちょい飲みまで出来る、駅前ラーメンにふさわしいお店です。

基本のラーメンは650円、替玉は130円。 自家製の唐揚げや揚げ餃子が付く定食も人気のようです。 肌寒い日だったので、味噌ラーメンか辛麺にしようかなと思いつつ、 今回頂いたのは『チャーシューメン』900円。

豚骨と豚足から取ったスープは、脂肪分少なめのあっさりスープ。 インパクトはありませんが、味噌汁感覚の安心日常豚骨です。 リピしやすい味でもあります。

インパクトを求めるならコレww 揚げたてトンカツがのった『カツのせラーメン』1,180円。 150gの厚切りロースカツがのってます。 台湾名物・排骨麺(ぱいこーめん)の豚骨ラーメン版みたいな感じですね。
