Shonan pancake Fukuoka Island eye — Restaurant in Fukuoka

I almost never review restaurants online, and usually I am very satisfied with food at restaurants in Japan, but I think customers should know: WORST Tuna Sandwich I have ever had in my life (awful) No exaggeration! A cheap convenience store tuna sandwich is preferable. It tasted raw and had a very strange color (bright purple tuna) Other members in my group tasted the sandwich and made the same observation. We were all in shock! I made the reasonable request of offering to purchase another dish instead, but the management refused to change my order without making me pay for a sandwich I could not eat, and I had to pay full price for a meal even my dog wouldn’t eat ~ If the management had been willing to listen and be helpful, I would have not made such a negative review and moved on with my day. The staff just seemed to ignore my complaint and hoped I would just give up and pay. Shameful lack of interest in a costumer’s feeling! It was very surprising and disappointing that the management refused to be reasonable and ignored my complaint. There are plenty of much better restaurants at Island Eye. Even a 1 star review is too high! Never again!

本当は星1もあげたくないくらい人生で1番、最低最悪の店でした。 良くても悪くてもレビューは書かないタイプなのですが、大事な思い出と時間をむちゃくちゃにされたので、レビューを残すことにしました。

3世代10人で福岡旅行に訪れ、最終日何食べて帰ろうと話していたところ、闘病中の祖母が「テレビで若い子たちが食べてるオシャレなパンケーキが食べたい」というリクエストで来店しました。

来店時、お客さんは半分ほどですぐに席に案内してもらえました。 「いらっしゃいませ」もなく、店員の印象は良くは無かったのですが、特に気にせずパンケーキ3種と人数分のドリンクを注文しました。

注文内容も2度一緒に確認してくださり、パンケーキの焼き上がりに20分くらいかかるとご案内がありました。

ドリンクはすぐに出てきたのですが、そのうちの1つに小さい黒い虫が入っており、交換をお願いしました。

お客さんもいないのに40分待ってまだかなぁと思っていたら、注文した3種のうち2皿が先程来店したばかりの隣の席に提供されました。

隣の席の方が「え？」という顔をしたので、慌ててその提供したパンケーキを下げて私たちの席に置きに来ました。

それから15分(注文してから約1時間程)経ってもまだ残りの1皿が出てこないので、店員にお尋ねしたところ「確認します」と言って10分以上戻ってこず普通に仕事をされていたので、またこちらから席を立って「先程の件どうなりました？」と聞きに行ったところ「あ、オーダーミスでした。これから焼くのでまた20分間かりますが、キャンセルします？どうします？」と言われました。

他のみんなも食べ終えて待っており、入店からら色んなことがありすぎて呆れてしまい、さらに飛行機の時間がありましたのでキャンセルすることにしました。 そのせいでパンケーキを楽しみにしていた母と妹は食べることができませんでした。

さすがに沸点限界の我々の様子に気づいたのか、「ドリンク1杯ならサービスします」と言われて、9人分のうち1人分のドリンクをサービスして頂き、お店を出てきました。

せっかくの家族旅行の最後の楽しみだったのに、散々な思いをし、お腹も満たせず時間だけを消費しました。

帰る際も謝罪やありがとうございましたの挨拶もなく、呆れと寂しさ、虚しさで店を後にしました。 色々と計画して、楽しい思い出を作った最後がこれだと、せっかくの旅行も台無しになりました。 今でもなんでこんな店を選んでしまったん...
