On the first steps inside the restaurant, you will be embraced by an atmosphere of quality. Sit down at the counter for an up-close experience with the chef, or choose a more reserved seating in the back to enjoy some privacy. No matter where you sit, one thing is guaranteed, and that is high-grade sushi. Beyond sushi, I personally really enjoyed the side dishes. These dishes are usually every day and go well with anything. But this restaurant managed to take the simple side dish to the next level even though it was still treated as a simple side dish.

Truly an exceptional experience. For just over ¥4,000 per person, we enjoyed a 12-course sushi omakase that included appetizers and dessert—amazing quality and value for the price.

We were seated at the counter, where a dedicated sushi chef prepared each course right in front of us with great care. We later found out he was the branch manager, and to top it off, the owner personally came out and had a conversation with us. That warm interaction really elevated the whole experience.

誕生日で個室を予約して伺いました。 正直、もう行く事は無いので正直にありのままを書きます。 まず当日予約だったので、デザートの誕生日プレートはできませんとの事でした。前日は定休日だったのか数回電話しても1度も繋がらなかった。（しかし、当日朝イチの予約だったのでそこは柔軟に対応して欲しかった） 当日、予約時間より10分程早めに入店しましたが誰も対応に来ないのでどうすれば良いのかわかりませんでした。奥のカウンター内に居る大将は遠くから「少しお待ち下さい！」と言うだけ。暇そうにしてるならあなたが対応に来れば？と思いました。 奥からアルバイトの子？が来て個室へ案内されました。 コースで予約しており、ホームページを見て 寿司(松)コース5,478円（税抜） 前菜（5種）、寿司（12貫）、汁物、デザート をお願いしておりました。 個室に入った際にテーブル上には小鉢が1つ置いてあり、スタッフの女の子から松コースの確認だけされましたので料理が来るまで待っていました。 まずお寿司が3貫きて、すぐに違和感がありした。続けて3貫のお寿司、単品で注文した天ぷらの盛り合わせがきました。 前菜5種は？とここで疑問がありましたが、まだ待ってみました。そのまま汁物まできましたので、スタッフの子に前菜は？と確認してみました。すると「今は小鉢のみになっています！ホームページは古い情報です！」と言い切られました。 正直、ホームページにてコース内容と価格を確認して行っていますので、それが違うとなると詐欺じゃないか？と思わずにいられません。もちろんホームページには、時期によって内容が変更されるとも書かれていません。 コースの前に内容まで確認されずにスタートして、古い情報なので前菜はありません。は無しでしょ？！ 古いもなにも、今もホームページに書いてあるのですけど。 イライラしてせっかくの誕生日が台無しになりました。 味も美味しいわけでもなく、皆さん雰囲気でそう感じるだけで、レベルはスシローと大差ないかと。 そのまま席でお会計を済ませ、帰りましたが、店員誰1人私達が帰った事に気付いていませんでした。ありがとうございました何て言うつもりなかったのでしょうか。笑 店の中も居酒屋のようにガヤガヤしています。敷居はかなり低いです。 とにかく、もう行く事は無いですし、一切オススメできません。 記念日等で行かれるつもりの方はやめた方が良いです。 なお、翌日の現在もホームページには前菜...
