Highly recommend if you don’t mind splashing a bit for a nice dinner. Restaurant t is cozy and good spread of food and drinks. Was not able to drink since I am driving but do see a good list of wine. Food was superb. First time I had peach soup and it really speaks about the attention to details the chef put into preparing this soup. 高湯温泉に行く日のランチで訪問🚙💨

先日、バナナマンのせっかくグルメで、高畑充希さんが食べていた手打ちパスタが印象的だった🍝

事前に予約して11:30に行ったら、ほぼ予約で満席🈵💺当日来たおじいさんは、丁重にお断りされていた。

1800円のパスタコースは、かぼちゃと栗のポタージュ、前菜盛り合わせ、フォカッチャ、パスタ、ドリンク。

ポタージュは、栗を蒸して皮を剥いたとかでコクがあり量も十分🌰🎃 番組では、桃のポタージュだった🍑 今度は夏に来よう。

前菜盛り合わせが出色⭐️鯛のカルパッチョ、海老のガーリック、キャロットラペ、蕪のグリル、生ハム、グリッシーニなど。野菜もたっぷり🥗

手打ちパスタは500円増しだけど、せっかくだから試してみた。海老と九条葱のは、見た目、細目の焼きうどん風だが、モチモチして美味❇️

高畑さんが食べていたエゴマ豚と茄子のショートパスタは、豚の塊がホロホロと口の中でほどけて、茄子とトマトソースと好相性🐖🍆🍅

お客さんに笑顔になって欲しいから、「エガオ」という店名にしたとか。 その通り、笑顔でお店を後にしました🎵

期限無しのショップカードも頂いたことだし、季節毎に訪れたい😆⤴️💓
