I went in and asked him to make 1 cup of whichever drink he recommended. He asked if I was okay with black coffee then proceeded to make it. The drink ended up being a pour-over using Ethiopian coffee and it was phenomenal. He let me watch the whole process and tried his best to make conversation with me despite the language barrier. I was surprised by the attention to detail he had, such as pre-warming the coffee cup with warm water as he made the coffee and wiping everything dry with a hand towel. After I had asked him about his recommendation on where I could eat seafood, he ran over to another building where he grabbed information pamphlets to show me exactly which restaurants and where they were. If I could, this place deserves 6 stars out of 5 for service and I am really so glad...
