Burger&Bar Sunny 宜野湾店 — Restaurant in Ginowan

When I ordered the teriyaki burger, I mentioned to the employee that I don't eat pork. She said alright and took my order, charged me as normal, so I thought everything was alright... until I opened the burger and there was no patty in it??! I paid 1350 for lettuce in a bun. I went back and asked where the patty was in case they forgot to put it in, but the lady who took my order told me since I don't eat pork they didn't put the patty in... She should have informed me beforehand that the patty contained pork, and never should have let me order and pay in the first place. They didn't even offer me a refund when I told them. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend...

I enjoyed their bacon, egg, and cheese burger so much that I can’t wait to have it again! 😹 The smoothie was the perfect addition to an already amazing meal, and the cherry on top was the incredible attitude of the staff ❤️. You can tell they truly love what they do and put so much effort into their food. Thank you! I’ll definitely be back...

【3回驚く、最高のハンバーガー屋さん】 ハンバーガー大好きで県内の有名なハンバーガーは大体食べましたが、ここはその中でも1番お気に入りです！ まず、店員さんがとても気さくで、ハンバーガー屋さん特有の少し怖い（分かる人いますかね？）感じが全くない！！ むしろ、人と接する事が苦手な自分でも気軽に通える明るい雰囲気です。

次に肝心のハンバーガーですが、商品写真以上にボリューミーでメッチャ美味い！！少し甘めのバンズとスパイシーでジューシーな肉とタレ、最高です！ 種類も豊富で、オススメは全部載せバーガー・サルサパイン・ゴーヤーの順でよく頼みます。 地味にポテトも美味い！

そして、値段もボリュームにしてはかなり安い！ハンバーガー屋さんってセットで注文すると平気で2000円超えますよね？サニーは価格も良心的で驚きでした！
