Their staff is some of the best on all of Okinawa! Their English is on point and they catch errors (like forgetting the extra shot or with whipped cream ordered) before I do most of the time. Be it a caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso, a mocha Frappuccino with caramel sauce, or double tall white chocolate mocha. They're all exceptionally friendly and responsive. We will miss these folks when we leave.
Sometimes the drive thru line is considerably long in the later afternoon (running out into the street because it's a smaller lot to begin with), but there's usually parking to be found, though it's a hit or miss if you're going to waiting just as long inside as you would outside. I usually have no problem either way.
We've done the "pay it forward" a few times when going through the drive thru and the staff was very surprised but excited and grateful. It's always fun to offer little surprises...
