We stopped by spontaneously after reading some good reviews and we were not disappointed! The owners are very friendly and although there is no English menu we managed to make ourselves understood with my Japanese. We asked the owners to recommend a flight of sushi and we were not disappointed! Some of the best versions of sushi staples we have tried in a long time. Fantastic experience.

Highly recommended if you want a real fresh sushi or shasimi . Everything we ordered from the menu is of high standard . They are proud of their produce and really take time to prepare so that we can enjoy the freshness of the food .

青森に仕事の出張で出掛けて、仕事の落とし所に暗中模索する中、腹が減っては戦はできぬと、先ずはお昼を食べてから考える事にして、どうせなら地元でしか食べられない美味しいものをと思い、近隣のお店を調べてランチには少し遅い時間でしたが連絡すると、良いですよと快く受け入れて頂き車を飛ばしてお店に。お店の外観、内観の設えがとても良く期待が高鳴る中、おまかせ握りをお願いしました。大将は実年齢より遥かに若く見えて、すし職人さんにしとくのが勿体無いくらい渋くてカッコいい人でした。ちょっと待ってねと声を掛けられ待つ事10分くらい。こちらもランチ時間をとっくに過ぎていましたので、かえって恐縮しておりました。程なく握りの一品目、デッカいネタのヒラメが出て来ました！歯応えはそんなに硬くなく、その分旨味が十分感じられるもので美味しかったです。そのあと続くネタはあん肝が乗った鮟鱇、マグロの大トロ、牡丹海老…と出して頂き、どのネタも口に入れると喋れなくなるほどのデカネタ！最後の留に梅しそ巻きを手渡された時点でお腹パンパンです。どれも美味しく変わりネタもあってとても堪能出来ました。また青森に来るのが楽しみになった、そんなお店でした。

Went there at lunch so it was quiet , but the owners were very friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. The venue also looks beautiful and would be nice in a group...
